1. Oysters and Côté Atlantique rosé: a marine harmony

What better way to start this meal than with fresh oysters, symbols of the sea that surrounds south-western France? To accompany these marine delights, Côté Atlantique rosé is a judicious choice.
Its elegance and freshness enhance the saline notes of the oysters, creating a marine harmony on the palate. The fresh red fruit aromas and tart candy finish of this Southwestern wine intertwine perfectly with the delicacy of the oysters, offering a fresh, iodized taste experience!

You can also pair this wine with oysters gratin with Parmesan cheese, a surprising and flavorful combination.

Enjoy between 9° and 12°C.

2. Beef Bourguignon and Château La Courtiade red wine: a gourmet encounter

Beef bourguignon, a classic of French cuisine, is an explosion of rich, comforting flavors.
To sublimate this traditional dish, opt for Château La Courtiade 2019 red wine. Its well-balanced tannins and generous, fresh fruit notes pair perfectly with the tender meat and simmered vegetables of boeuf bourguignon.
With this food and wine pairing, the marriage of textures and flavors creates a gourmet encounter that will delight your guests’ palates!

Enjoy between 15° and 17°C.

3. Steak tartare and Château La Roche des Amours: the audacity of the cru

Steak tartare, an original creation of French cuisine, requires a wine to match its intense character!
Château La Roche des Amours’ South-Western red wine, with its fruity notes and hint of vanilla, is a perfect match.
Its liveliness and structure are a perfect match for the texture of the raw steak, while adding an extra aromatic dimension!
This daring food and wine pairing reveals all the freshness of the dish and the roundness of Château La Roche des Amours.

Enjoy between 15° and 17°C.

4. Piperade and Brennus PDO Bergerac: a festival of flavors

Piperade, a Basque dish based on peppers, tomatoes and eggs, is an explosion of colors and flavors. To explore all its nuances, the red wine Brennus AOP Bergerac is a wise choice!
Its complex aromatic palette, blending cooked prunes, caramel and vanilla, creates a veritable festival of flavors in harmony with the piperade. The powerful yet mellow tannins of this Southwestern wine blend harmoniously with the melt-in-the-mouth texture of this comforting dish.
This wine and food pairing is sure to please your guests’ taste buds!

Enjoy between 15° and 17°C.

5. Cannelés and Grand Théâtre Sweet white AOP Bordeaux: Sweetness and Delight

To round off this culinary voyage, what could be better than Bordeaux cannelés, these delicacies that are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside?
Paired with Grand Théâtre sweet white wine, they become a veritable symphony of sweetness! The wine’s floral and white-fruit notes, such as pear and apple, blend with the delicate texture of the cannelés, creating a sweet, harmonious finish.

The citrus and honey notes of the Grand Théâtre Sud-Ouest wine will enhance the vanilla and rum flavors of the cannelés.
An excellent food and wine pairing to end your meal on a high note!

Enjoy between 9° and 12°C.
