Appearance : Intense red with purple reflections.
Nose : presents aromas of red and black fruits like strawberry and blackcurrant. These aromas are completed by notes of spices such as vanilla but also laurel.
Taste : Fruits dominate in attack. The tannins are smooth and give a nice length to this wine.
This wine should be served between 15 and 17°C.
This wine will accompany marvelously a duck breast or a rib of beef. Grand Théâtre Premium will improve with cellar aging.
