With Simplement Cépages, we’ve gone back to basics: offering a pure, authentic expression of Bordeaux’s emblematic grape varieties.

Our four single-varietal cuvées, produced in small volumes through meticulous microminiaturization, guarantee optimal quality and reveal the typicity of each grape:

Simplement Merlot – Round and fruity, with gourmet red fruit notes
Simplement Malbec – Intense and spicy, revealing the full power of this grape variety
Simply Cabernet Sauvignon – Structured and elegant, with great depth.
Simplement Sauvignon Blanc – Fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus and exotic fruit.

Each Simplement Cépages cuvée is an invitation to discover the richness of grape varieties, between tradition and innovation.

Les Insolites

In addition to these Bordeaux classics, we’ve added a bold, forward-looking variation: The unusual Chardonnay-Voltis IGP Atlantique. This unusual blend combines Chardonnay, appreciated for its freshness and elegance, with Voltis, a grape variety resistant to the main vine diseases. By integrating Voltis, we wanted to respond to the challenges of climate change and help winegrowers move towards more sustainable viticulture. This wine is surprisingly round on the palate, with delicious aromas of apricot and pineapple.
