Brennus celebrates the Gallic heritage through a traditional wine. In contrast to overly refined or intimidating wines, it is an accessible, authentic wine, perfect for accompanying good meat meals and lively evenings. Rooted in the Bergerac terroir, it offers a rich, generous taste, yet is within everyone’s reach. It’s the wine for epicureans in love with the South-West!
Brennus: war leader
In 390 BC, the Gallic warlord Brennus made history with his bravery and determination to defend his people. He led his troops in one of history’s most famous battles, the sack of Rome. His name, a symbol of leadership and strength, represents values deeply rooted in Gallic culture. With Brennus, we wanted to honor this heritage by creating a wine that reflects the power and character of this great leader.
Brennus: a taste of home
Our Brennus has the taste of home, the taste of southwestern France and the Bergerac terroir: powerful, aromatic aromas of red fruits and spices. It goes perfectly with a charcuterie platter, a fine piece of grilled meat, duck confit or a characterful cheese.
