CHÂTEAU CAPELLE

Château Capelle is a 10-hectare property located on a plateau on the left bank of the Dordogne. Qualified as a "Reasoned Agriculture" property since 2005, and then awarded the High Environmental Value label, Château Capelle has gone even further in its sustainable production approach by respecting a fundamental principle: to produce a quality wine which, throughout its elaboration, respects Man, the Earth and our landscapes.

80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

Robe : ruby red
Nose : rich and complex nose with notes of ripe red fruits
Palate: a supple and elegant wine with silky tannins. Long finish with a nice structure

To be enjoyed between 15° and 17°C
Perfect with grilled entrecote, lamb or fried ceps
